What to Expect
If you've not been to a Tai Chi Class before the idea can be a bit daunting - but in reality it's not. All our classes are friendly, enjoyable and held in a relaxed, informal atmosphere. To get a feel for what goes on in a typical class have a look at the about us section of this site.

  Who can come?
Virtually anyone. As long as you are old enough to concentrate for a few hours, and fit enough to be on your feet for a few hours you are very welcome.

What should I wear?

Unlike some other martial arts there is no special uniform for Tai Chi, although some instructors or people who have been practising for a long time may occasionally wear a Tai Chi suit. Just wear any loose, comfortable clothes that allow you to move freely and flat, non-marking shoes.

If you are unsure about anything please just get in touch.
